Dr. Caroline Lomboy

Dr. Caroline Lomboy is an accomplished physician that has used her medical training, client relations, product knowledge, presentation and artistic skills to establish a successful career in Body Sculpting and Aesthetic Medicine.
Caroline Lomboy, D.O. earned her medical degree at University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences now known as Des Moines University, The School of Osteopathic Medicine. Her post-doctoral training included a year of Osteopathic Internship and Internal Medicine residency at Wilson Memorial Medical Center in Johnson City, New York; a year of Internal Medicine residency at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, Florida; and a two-year family practice residency at University General Hospital in Seminole, Florida. Dr. Lomboy's extensive training includes working with plastic surgeons John A. Millard, M.D. and Lisa Hunsicker, M.D. at the VASER Institute/Millard Plastic Surgery Center in Denver, Colorado as well as locally at The Plastic Surgery Center in Sarasota, Florida under veteran plastic surgeons John Leikensohn, M.D. and Jeffrey Scott, M.D. She has performed over 1000 ultrasound and laser assisted body sculpting treatments.
Dr. Lomboy was the first physician in the Tampa Bay Area to perform VASER and LASER (Smart Lipo) liposuction. She was featured on ABC Action News with Linda Hurtado, NBC Health News with Irene Mayer, and Daytime’s Aging Backwards with Jackie Silver. She has been teaching other physicians throughout the Tampa Bay Area and Florida her technique using Sound Surgical Technologies VASER Liposuction.
Part of what distinguishes Dr. Lomboy is the importance of detail, presentation and her dedication to learning. She uses her balance of artistry with medical/surgical aptitude and patient empathy to achieve results for her clients. Much of her talents have been seasoned because of her interests in the fields of art, music, modeling and photography. During her years in medical school she was a local model and participated in the Miss Iowa/Miss USA pageant. Her dedication to maintaining beauty and youth has served her well within the practice of aesthetic medicine. For the past 16 years Dr. Lomboy provided a high level of care for patients in the Tampa Bay area as a solo practitioner.
Dr. Lomboy strives to keep her practice on the cutting edge of body sculpting technology, and has brought to the area such indispensible modalities such as ultrasound-guided fat removal and fat transfers as well as next generation LASER lipolysis in combination with weight management instruction and bioequivalent hormone replacement therapy. She is experienced in the many injectable therapies that improve both the face and body such as soft tissue fillers, Botox and mesotherapy. She understands the importance of having the balance of beauty, well being and energy for the later years in life.
