Labiaplasty Minora
Genital cosmetic surgery that improves the physical appearance of the labia minora (inner lips of the vulva) reducing its size and modifying its shape.  Enlarged or irregular labia minora can be caused by vaginal deliveries, aging, congenital causes, and can cause irritation, friction, and discomfort during sexual intercourse, physical activities or with the use of tight clothing.  Women can choose the size and shape of the inner lips she desires in relation to the labia majora.

AUTOLOGOUS FAT TRANSFER TO THE LABIA MAJORA

The labia majora (outer lips of the vulva) can loose volume due to aging and excessive weight loss creating a deflated appearance with looseness and wrinkling of the overlying skin.  Fat is harvested from a suitable site (abdomen, thighs) by liposuction in a sterile manner and prepared and injected into the outer lips creating a plump and younger appearance.  This procedure might need to be done several times in order to achieve the final appearance the patient wishes to obtain.
